How it Works:

• Once a user places an order on the business's website or native apps, the business owner will receive a notification directly on their smartphone or tablet.
• By selecting the pending order, the device displays all pertinent details, including customer information (name, phone number, address) and delivery instructions.
• The business owner can then input the estimated time for order pickup or delivery and confirm acceptance, after which the customer receives an instant email notifying them of the order's confirmation along with the estimated timeframe.
